The Physio Running Camp Kenya! 🙂
Every physio knows the 2-day weekend courses to get CPD points that you have to do, but mostly it’s pretty boring.
You sit all day for 8 hours and at the end of the weekend, you only remember a few things. Not ideal.
Especially for physios who like to run themselves, treat running injuries in the clinic, and like travel, the Physio Running Camp is pretty much perfect.
What does the Physio Running Camp consist of?
It includes accommodation for 9 nights in a great accommodation in Iten, Kenya. Also known as the “Home of Champions”, because many professionals come to train here. The altitude is 2400 meters above sea level, so it’s a perfect location to do your altitude training and improve your running times. . You can find the website of the accommodation HERE.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.
